Facility Accessibility and Architectural Plan Review
Meeting the Challenge performs as a sub-contractor to a variety of architects,
providing building and site plan reviews to determine compliance with various codes and ADA accessibility guidelines.
This service is usually provided on an hourly fee basis, at the following stages:
- Draft plan review, focusing on site plans, path of travel, and major building elements.
- Final plan review, focusing on detailed plan elements, such as restrooms, signage, and obstructions.
- Facility walkthrough, after the facility is built or modified per the plans, to ensure accessibility compliance.
