Meeting the Challenge, Inc. announces the registration of a Canadian subsidiary, called Meeting the Challenge Canada, Inc. This wholly owned subsidiary of MTC Inc. will commence operation in Vancouver, BC in July 2004. MTC Canada will offer the following as its initial services and products to the Canadian market:

1. Performance measurement services, based on logic models and outcome assessment using network-based software tools. This service is based on the successful ADA Impact Measurement System (AIMS) currently operated by MTC Inc for the US Department of Education/NIDRR under grant #H133D010204.
2. Web accessibility training and consulting services to government, non-profit, and commercial organizations.
3. The ZoomCaps low-vision product. This product is a low cost set of computer keyboard stickers that gives the user large print letters on their computer keycaps.

MTC will initially staff MTC Canada on a part-time, start-up basis, with the intention of expanding the operation to full-time, after sufficient contracts are secured. MTC Canada will draw on the strength and experience of the MTC staff, as needed.
