MTC's Projects

Meeting the Challenge, Inc. conducts projects on behalf of our clients. Over the history of the company we have performed successfully on over a dozen multi-year contracts with a value in excess of $10 million. Our currently active projects include the ADA and IT Technical Assistance Center, the ADA Impact Measurement System, and the Disability Law Knowledge Management System.

MTC has operated the Rocky Mountain ADA and IT Technical Assistance Center sinc 1991. The Center provides materials, training, and technical assistance to individuals and organizations about the Americans with Disabilities Act and accessible IT in educational settings. The Center covers the states of Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Montana, South Dakota, and North Dakota.

The Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) mandates that every federal government program measure its performance in terms of the intended outcomes of the program. The ADA Impact Measurements System (AIMS) was developed by MTC to provide this capability for the ten ADA and IT Information Centers.

The ADA and other disability laws have generated enormous quantities of documentation that detail the rules and requirements of those laws. MTC set out to develop a comprehensive document portal to provide access to those materials. The system provides a searchable index of over 20,000 documents and also provide an easy-to-use browsing capability.
